Due to the nature of our jewellery, we are unable to offer returns on customisable pieces. If however there is any fault or damage upon delivery of our pieces, please get in touch to speak to one of our team.

Avoid contact with water and chemical products such as perfume, makeup. Keep away
from heat and avoid impact with hard surfaces.
You can gently wipe the jewellery clean with a soft
cloth after each wear to remove any oils/dirt.
