Placing an Order
How long does it take for a bespoke order?
From our crystal collection it will take up to 6 weeks and our luxury kundan collection can take between 6-8 weeks. Please do allow enough time for the jewellery to be made.
What if I want to place an order for something urgently?
We do offer an express delivery service - for an additional charge. Please contact us either via our contact page or instagram & we will be sure to check if we can accommodate it at the time.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
We can offer beautiful gift packaging for £2.95 -
please select this option at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our luxury packaging wrapped in tissue and ribbon.
Jewellery Care
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking fresh and sparkly. It is best to keep them in the box provided. Avoid contact with water and chemical products such as perfume, makeup. Keep away from heat and avoid impact with hard surfaces. You can gently wipe the jewellery clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove any oils/dirt.

Is each jewellery item unique?
Yes! We use semi precious stones and because of this each colour of stone, shade of plating and beads may vary in colour.

Free delivery on all orders over £250
For international orders, shipping will be calculated separately depending on destination & weight.
Please be aware that custom orders take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
